Carter & Co co-owner with a degree in Animal Science specialising in Animal Nutrition, Canine First Aid trained & over 10 years experience working in kennels and grooming, this lady really is a genuine credit to the industry. With her wealth of knowledge on all things doggy, cat & horse related she really is so valuable to every pet owner that passes our threshold!
Charlie
Charlie’s journey with animals started in animal rescue - this experience shaped his gentle, patient approach and his belief that every dog deserves to feel safe, understood, and cared for. He later taught animal management, where he also qualified as a professional groomer. Charlie then went onto working in boarding kennels and now combines grooming with his role as a force-free dog trainer – focusing on kindness, not correction. Charlie has lived with dogs his entire life and currently shares his home with 3 dogs and 2 cats. Your pets are in incredibly kind and capable hands. Oh - and did we mention he’s shown at Crufts? So you could say he knows his stuff!
Claire
You might already know her as the local legend who turns horses out to competition level - and just keeps winning (and winning… and winning ). But what you might not know is that she also manages a small zoo at home: 10 horses, 5 cats, and 4 dogs, rabbits, chinchillas … yes, really! Her life is animals, through and through and it shows. She has a truly natural talent for caring, calming, and connecting with them. And now, she’s bringing that same passion and magic touch to our salon. You lucky fluffers. Her calm energy & caring nature shines the second you meet her. We just KNOW you and your pups will love her as much as we do!
